Returns / Exchanges / Faulty Items
Each piece of Fiona Fitzgerald Jewellery is one of a kind or handmade to order, please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges will not be offered.All items are carefully checked for quality prior to shipping. Should you receive an item that you feel is faulty please email me at email@example.com immediately and I will endeavour to rectify the problem for you. If I believe an item to be faulty you are entitled to choose a refund or exchange. To process this you must email Fiona Fitzgerald Jewellery first to confirm and once approved you will be emailed shipping instructions. Please note that the item must be returned within 21 days of it’s receipt, in it’s original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs (with insurance and tracking) will be covered by Fiona Fitzgerald Jewellery in the event of faulty items.
